 History

Birth / Toddler - Ilindayl was born as an only child to his wonderful parents, Saynah the Whimsicott and Kerschine the Vaporeon. The three lived in Floaroma Town and the parents were the proud owners of the local flower shop, Ghersic Flowers. They enjoyed keeping Ilindayl around their work because it's everything they love at one place. Though, you can bet the countless amount of times they've lost him in the midst of flowers. Saynah and Kerschine's best friend and loyal customer, Telisca the Talonflame, would come over many times just to help them look for Ilindayl. From time to time, they'd find out that Telisca's son, Ayeloh the Fletchling, would be the culprit, taking Ilindayl out into the meadow to pick flowers. They were close to the same age, so it was expected that they would quickly become close friends. Eventually, the parents figured out that if both Ayeloh and Ilindayl were missing, they were most likely out in the meadows which was almost often. The two always enjoyed hanging out together.

Elementary School - Eventually, the age for going to school came. Ayeloh and Ilindayl went to the same school, obviously. They were good students and loved the community in the school. At the end of the school day, Ilindayl and Ayeloh would go to Ghersic Flowers and do volunteer work for Ilindayl's parents, picking flowers like they always did when they were younger. All was nice and it seemed like the two kids grew closer, having a brotherly relationship.

Middle School - When Ilindayl and Ayeloh entered middle school, their connection began to shake. Ilindayl was made fun of for his parents' occupation. Ayeloh didn't approve of what the other students say to Ilindayl, but the Eevee told him that it was fine because he was proud of his parents and being able to do what they loved for a living. Eventually as time passed in their years of middle school, Ayeloh joined Ilindayl on the receiving end of the insults due to the amount they hung out. Seeing this, Ilindayl insisted that they stop hanging out so that Ayeloh didn't have to endure Ilindayl's problems. Ayeloh disliked the idea of abandoning his childhood friend but he was forced to agree since Ilindayl wouldn't take no for an answer. Sure enough, insults directed at Ayeloh died down and Ilindayl carried on through middle school with the words coming at him. The middle school wasn't local to Floaroma so Ilindayl had to bike through all the weather to Eterna City for the rest of his school years without Ayeloh by his side. Ayeloh explained the situation to Telisca who passed it over to Saynah and Kerschine, since Ayeloh knew that Ilindayl would say that the situation was nothing to fret over. Saynah and Kerschine didn't know how to respond, not knowing why Ilindayl wouldn't tell them what was happening. They tried to get Ilindayl to open up to them and explain what he's going through, but Ilindayl consistantly dismissed it, saying that it was only temporary and that things will get better eventually.

High School - Ilindayl entered high school alone as a Leafeon with Ayeloh in a new group of friends. Ilindayl thought that it was a new school, old habits would die down and the 'mons that bullied him would lose interest in calling him out. That wasn't the case, though. Their words turned into actions. Ilindayl was forced to consider the 'mons that bullied him his friends so that he was able to stay after school for a little longer to "hang out" without his parents getting suspicious. Saynah and Kerschine were without a doubt had their suspicions about Ilindayl's new "friends", though. But Ilindayl acted happy whenever he was around them, so they supressed their thoughts. Whenever Ilindayl were around his "friends", they made sure not to leave visible marks. Suddenly one day, Saynah was cleaning up the shop when she realized that Ilindayl never came home. She and Kerschine immediately ran to Ilindayl's school to find him unconscious on the ground just off of campus. His leg was broken and there was many cuts on them, preventing him to run away from whatever was being done with him. He was rushed to the hospital and had to stay for a week. Ayeloh was at school when he noticed Ilindayl's unusual missing presence and later after school learned from his mother that Ilindayl was hospitalized. That day was the day Ilindayl would be discharged and was able to go back home. As soon as Telisca finished speaking, Ayeloh immediately flew to the Ghersic Flowers store as fast as he could.

Ayeloh was relieved to find the Leafeon fully healed and he swore to be there for Ilindayl when he goes back to school so that it would never happen again. But Ilindayl said that he wasn't going back to school, that he was applying for a different school, Armonia Institute. Ilindayl gushed about how wonderful the campus looked and showed Ayeloh the pamplets his parents gave him. Ayeloh was surprised... and slightly upset. He hasn't seen his childhood friend for a couple years and this is how to finally talk to each other again, but only for Ilindayl to apply to an Institute to which he would move away to. Ayeloh gave it some thought, thinking that it would actually be better and safer for the Leafeon to be in a different school than the one he used to attend. Ayeloh gave Ilindayl a smile and supported him, aiding him to pack up and write his application along with sharing the hope that Ilindayl makes it in. Ayeloh promised to work part-time at Ghersic Flowers in his absence so that Ilindayl has nothing to worry about and attend Armonia Institute with high hopes and no worries.
